well calling all pregnant ladies just found out im peggo and just want to be healthy this is my second pregnancy with my first i gained 76lbs WHAT!!!!!! not wanting to to do that again. just looking to be as healthy as i can with this pregnancy. looking for others like me who want to tone and eat healthy share great tips and advice.

Don't overdo it. You do have to gain some weight. If you don't, there are many risks to the fetus.0

Congrats! I think if you just eat healthy and continue to drink plenty of water you will be fine. The hardest part for me when I was pregnant was that I gave into all the cravings and oh that looks good lol, I gained a ton. You can do almost anything that you would normally do when not pregnant, as long as you dont have complications with your pregnancy like gestational diabetes, ect. Maybe just take your other child for a nice long walk everyday? Good luck!0
