Would you call jillian micheals 30 day shred curcuit training or high impact aerobics..? not sure what to log it in as..

general consensus around here has been circuit training.0

i use to do circuit but now i have my heart rate monitor i put it in my own exercises, i burnt 265 in 29 mins...thats including warm up and cool down.0

Circuit training is what's generally used for her stuff. Jilly's stuff is awesome. She makes you hurt. Lol.0
