Hi my names laura and i dislocated my knee !!! haha ok ill give you an explanation as to why im usin this site :)
im a full time ballet student so i have to be a certain weight
that was preety easy to maintain when i was dancing, but now i have to take up to 8 weeks of and i cant excersize !
ive already gained weight from not dancing and emotional eating lol not dancing is really killing me so i need some motivation !!
This seems like a good way to keep track of my calories and acheive some goals ive set :)'
For ballet we need to be 50-52 kg, i was still a bit bigger even when i was dancing so my goal is to get there when i go back .
