Where did the sugar come from? If it's from milk/complex carbohydrates/fruit, it's not really something to worry about. Use that value to control your table sugar or corn syrup added to some yogurts, cereals, juices, and sweets.

You can manually change your macronutrient ratios. Drop carbs a little increase fat a little. 20-30% calories from fat is a healthy range, as are 40-50% carbohydrates. The 60% carbohydrates MFP recommends are high even for marathoners. 50% is plenty.

broccoli...lots of it. Seriously though. Try not to dwell on it. Just focus on making healthy choices the rest of the day today & tomorrow start brand new! Good luck!

it was a big bagel with peanut butter. :grumble: it was so delicious. :blushing: I usually don't do bagels. haha

I'm on a modified diet trying to get back to dancing so its about 60% carbs which i usually do whole grain everything and very low fat, low sodium, low sugar with quite a bit of protein...

tomorrow is a new day!
  • If you absolutely LOVE bagels then you should try to make the switch to english muffins. They satisfy the same love for bagels but are a lot less calorie dense. I eat whole wheat english muffins with PB pretty often.
