Desk Job Exercises?

Since I'm in my own office this gives me a little more leeway so I can do desk pushups without embarrassment ;), I also leg bounce frequently during the day. I have read several places online claiming you can burn up to 500 calories from leg bouncing, not sure how accurate this is but it is interesting.

What type of exercises do you do during the day at your desk job?
