Hey All.. Just thought I'd give a little intro. Ive been on the weight loss path for a few months but I saw one of my friends using this site and figured anything that can help along the way would be a great improvement so Here I am! I am about 28 pounds down from when I started and right now the momentum is High. I hope to keep it that way. I am much more active in my head than I am physically so I am looking to even the two out. Had a few knee problems because of all that dance team and ballet early in life so some things slow me down but I know there are still things that I can do to get to a healthier weight. I wish the best for us all and will share my strength with anyone who needs it. We can do it...i know we can!
