I know this is mostly women and men who want to lose weight and I'm all for it (my wife and oldest daughter are on here) but I am trying to gain weight and muscle. My job has me on my feet and sweating so I lose weight everyday that I work.
If anyone has some helpful advice please feel free to share.

    Do you lift weights at all? Building muscle would help bulk you up, plus eating a lot of healthy calories.

    you should eat a lot of sandwiches and bananas.bananas are healthy,but yet have quite a lot of calories.
