I now have the opposite problem of wanting to stop losing weight. I have stopped tracking calories and exercise. How to I stop the automatic MyFitnessPal email messages?

Found the setting to disable automatic nag reminders!
FWIW, I found MFP to be a great tool. The secret to weight loss is to first know how many calories you're taking in and second, know how many calories you burn. This tool does a good job in identifying this. I dropped 37 lbs and am off high BP medicine and reduced my cholesterol to a very safe number.0
