Diary Categories -- How are yours set up?

I changed my diary to show things different than default but I still find myself wishing for more categories to track my habits better and not have to include things like vitamins and post work-out protein with a specific meal..
Breakfast
Morning Snack
Lunch
Afternoon Snack
Dinner
Evening Snack
Does anyone do something like this?

I think my OCD is driving me nuts with this diary and I'm way overthinking it...

I have the exact same setup as you!
breakfast

afternoon snack
dinner
evening snack
I don't always eat every snack, but I like to have the option of tracking more accurately.0 -
My working day starts at 02:00 at i generally go to bed at around 21;00.
I don't really stick to conventional meal times so found it works better for me to have my diary in time format.
02:00 - 06:00
06:00 - 10:00
10:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 17:00
17:00 - 21:00
Works best for me0 -
My diary set up is the same except I call my evening snack, night time snack.
breakfast
morning snack
lunch
afternoon snack
dinner
night time snack
I like know what I eat and what time of day I eat it. Helps me not to overdo it at night and to keep my body fueled all day.0 -
My diary is set up with times.
4:00am - 8:00am
8;00am - 11:00am
11:am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 5:00pm
5:00pm - 10:00pm
Drinks
My schedule is sometimes erratic, so this works best for me.0 -

Booze!
The last was because I realised I was wasting a lot of calories on a pint of beer here, a glass of wine there and wanted it all in one place to be accountable.0 -
Thanks everyone! I'm glad to know there are others with the time setup too --- I am not a set meal time person so maybe that would work better for me as well. Appreciate the feedback!
Now to see just how much I eat after 10p --- thats my biggest problelm and I need to see it in writing to break the habit!0 -

I like that idea ... I usually just incorporate my glass of wine in my dinner calories

I have a bad tendency to forget to eat for hours at a time, so I do use the Time template. It helps me keep myself on track better.

I like the idea of time over meals/snacks. I wish I had thought of that from the beginning. I just changed my categories to this same time schedule and everything is showing as that now. So after some thought I decided to try a hybrid of names and times....this is what I'm doing:
7:00am – 11:00am
11:00am – 3:00pm
3:00pm – 7:00pm
After 7p
Drinks

I want to track how many of my calories I drink.... lots of protein shakes, coffee, crystal light etc...
Other: so I don't have to track my vitamins with a meal
After 7p: this is my worst time and I want to see just how much I eat late at night after dinner.
My previous diaries looks a mess right now --- but we'll see!0 -
I'm a hobbit:
Breakfast (generally 5:30)
10:30sies
lunch (around noon)
supper (around 2:30)
dinner (around 7 or 8)
snacksies (around 9 or 9:30)0 -
I do mine like this:

Lunch
Snack
Dinner
Other
Other is where my vitamins and treats go.. I also rarely have a mid morning snack, so I find that one kinda silly.0
