Hey guys, I excersie at home by going through things such as leg raisers, squats, lunges, tricep dips and some tummy excerises along with some yoga. When I enter some of the exercises above into my exercise track the calories are not coming up for them as the exercises are not found in the system, So I dont have an accurate measure of how many calories I have burnt. Can anyone suggest something or help. Thanks.

The Exercise log is simply for what you're doing in your various workouts. As there are too many variables to consider for each individual, you can't get an accurate calorie burn by simply putting "3 Sets of Squats - 10 reps at 150 lbs"
For a calorie estimate, you can log "Strength training" under the Cardio section based on the time spent doing your exercises.0
