Hey hey hey.
I'm trying to gain some weigth and become fit at the same time. Just quit smoking and I'm exercising almost everyday, and keeping track of what I eat.
I'n open to tips and hints on how to achieve my goals. And meet people that share them with me as well

if you want to bulk lift heavy weights for shorter reps.0

heavy weights, 8-10 reps (you MUST be struggling for 8, 9 and 10), and protein!0

To build muscle, you need to eat slightly over your maintenance calories (250-350 kc add'l, maybe), lift heavy things often, rest periodically, and eat adequate protein.

Thanks guys. I'm currently doing 3 sets of 10 reps for all major muscles.
How do I know my max weight?!0 -
