Hey everyone~ Have been using the driod version of MFP for about 2 weeks, have lost a couple pounds and am, for the first time, exercising AND changing eating habits at the same time. After years of trying to lose, I would stall at about 25 pounds because I would start to feel better about myself. I need to lose about *gulp* 100. Okay, maybe 80, but you get my point. I've done ALL the programs out there, but it took a change inside me to see that they all work, I just need to do it. I have two second cousins who had gastric bypass, lost 100 pounds and GAINED IT ALL BACK. I can't think of a worse nightmare. But, it makes sense, doesn't it? I think I am getting to the real thrust of my self neglect, which has really made this effort possible. So, here we go!

  • You can do it!! It is a life style change for sure, but it is doable!!
