I have been a slacker. I have not been logging in and counting calories. I started a new job in May and was in training for eight weeks. I had gotten certified and tranfered to my new location and I kept saying I was going to wait until my routine settled in before I stressed over it. I have gone down 10lbs since I started my new job, but the last few weeks I have stayed the same. I think it is my body's way of getting used to the routine and it is time for me to kick it back into gear.
I am not complaining. 10lbs is a good acheivement with all the changes going on, but I know I can do better, so now I must.
Best wishes everyone.
