Hello, this may have been answered before, but if you are doing sprint training, how would you log the cardio exercise? For example. 10 100m dashes, or 6 400m, with walking or jogging in between.

I time with a stop watch and enter the total time. So if I run 6 400m- usually the running portion is about 1.5-2 min (for me) so I enter between 9 and 12 min, and the walking is about 4 min each so I enter 24 min of walking.0

Yea you just need a stopwatch or an ipod that logs laps... and everytime you go from walking to running you change ur lap or from jogging to sprinting and so on.. then just add it all up individually at the end.
sprint - 4 mins
jog - 10 mins
walk - 25 mins
whatever it is0 -
I didn't see a sprintng speed option under cardio. Lowest I saw was 5.5min mile and my 400 is around a 4-4.5min mile pace, am I just missing something?0
