NEW TO MFP

So I was looking up why reasons as to why im gaining weight if im eating and doing tons of cardio and i just fell onto this website..!

IM NEW here and ive been working out for about a month and I have been looking for something like this where i can sign on track my workouts and food intake....and now i can express my feelings..

I thing this is only going to make me work harder! Im getting married in september and although im losing the weight for it Im also working out to be more healthy and more fit not just for the wedding. I want to go back to the size i was after i graduated high school and stopped doing sports!
