Hi everyone, I have been using myfitnesspal since the beginning of June, but just now finding the message boards! So glad I did! My starting weight was 141 lbs and am now down to 125! Been watching the calories and working out hard, both with resistance training and cardio pretty much 7 days a week. My goal weight at this time is 120, so getting close! So glad to see so many people out there in the same boat as me and giving good advice! I look forward to keeping up with you all! :smile:

    My goal is 120-125. Now at 165. Pounds are slowly coming off. Not easy busting your butt everyday but in the end it will be worth it. :)

    Thanks for the warm welcomes :-) Yes, very true, it is hard working your butt off, but definitely well worth it! I love to see everyone's progess!
