It's probably DOMS (delayed-onset muscle soreness) from the squats/lunges. Your body's not used to it, so it's going to hurt. Take a rest day if you need it, give your muscles a break so they can rebuild and come back stronger. (You can focus on upper body instead of lower body.)0

I was the same, day 3 was awful and getting down stairs was just horrible! I did push through it though and day 3 was the last day I had any pain. I'm on day 42 now (restarted @ L1 after the end of L2 as I bought proper weights) and am feeling a little soreness in the inner thigh and upper back as I'm on L3 D2 and the exercises are taking some getting used to!0

Hahaha yep! I did 30ds, well started it, when I was at 240, and after the second day (like yourself), my thighs were in EXTREME pain. I struggled t hrough the next few days, and it went away after day 5. I ultimately decided that I wanted to try the shred when I lost my summer weight goal, but I could have stuck to it.
But yeah that pain, it's something you just have to work through. Just take it easier with day 3-5.0 -
My suggestion is to stretch at least twice as long as Jillian has you stretch at the end. Hold each stretch for a 30 count and things will not be as sore afterwards!0

Also, drink lots and lots of water.0

make sure you are drinking plenty of water and getting lots of protein in your diet. both are essential to rebuilding muscles.
but yes it's prefectly normal to be sore, today was my 3rd day of the 30DS and yesterday my legs were soo sore but i woke up this morning and felt quite a bit better and it will only get better with each day0
