I was halfway through my lunch and I was full, but I need the protein so I finished anyway and now I'm hungry hungry!

    know what i hate???? When someone puts a railroad spike to your forehead and pounds it through till it sticks into the wall. What I hate worse though is when they put their foot on your head to pry it out!!!>......LMAO... It's an old joke you most likely will think is wierd!!! Saturday night skit

    When this happens to me I'll just put the rest away for later when I'm hungry again. I feel it's better than over-stuffing myself.
  • Grab the veggies, or have a pickle - make sure it is 0 calories. A pickle or a cup of bouillon makes the hungries go away for me. Sometimes I think it is because I do not salt anything, so I just need a little bit to fill me up.
