Summer exercise addict

Hi, I just started using this site a couple of days ago. I find it really useful and quite fun to keep track of what I eat using the database. This past year, I've lost 10lbs in 4 months because I desperately wanted to look my best for my high school graduation. Now, I'm trying to take advantage of the time I have in the summer to lose another 10lbs.

I hired a personal trainer at the beginning of July to help me and after a month of working with her, I didn't notice any changes in my weight at all... My fitness level has definitely improved and I have some muscle definition but I really want to shed some pounds! I hit the gym pretty much 6 times a week for some cardio and weight training. My eating is fairly normal from what I've seen so far from logging it.

Hopefully I'll be able to utilize this site to its fullest so I can achieve my goals before Sept and the dreaded freshman15!

    Are you going into college? Add me if you'd like! I just finished my freshman year and managed to lose 15 instead of gain! :) Welcome! :D
