New Mommy 5 months post pregnancy - working on losing the we

Hi everyone! My name is Christina and I am a new mom! During pregnancy I gained 43 lbs. I started out 130 ended close to 174. I instantly lost 20 lbs and that's been it! My problem areas are my upper arms, belly and thighs. Any suggestions besides running and counting calories would be awesome. I've done weight loss in the past not from pregnancy, just laziness and went from 143 down to 115. I was very lean, no real definition. I would like to lose but define my arms in the process! Best wishes to everyone in their weight loss journey. I plan to post pics of now and soon after of when I get to the 30 day mark!
