I am ready to use MFP to the fullest degree. I think being a part of a community
will help assist me in my lifestyle change. Friends, suggestions and encouragement

    Me too! I turned 50 in April. Wish I would have found MFP back then! My husband and I are leaving for Jamaica in less than 2 weeks to celebrate our 21st anniversary. Of course, he hasn't changed much...in fact, he's slimmer than when we got married. I, on the other hand, am now in a plus size swimsuit. If I get another chance to visit Jamaica, I swear, it will be in a smaller bathing suit!
