I'm STARVING today!!!

I have been so good with my diet the past 2 weeks and today I'm STARVING! What is my deal?? Also, I have been very strict with my cardio and workout routines the past few weeks and have gained weight!!! I feel like I'm bloated and all my clothes are tight!! HELP! What am I doing wrong???? I have eaten healthy and worked out most of my life and I feel like I have to go overboard to make changes in order to lose weight, is that incorrect? I'm so lost!

    Are you premenstrual? Have you been drinking enough water? Keeping your salt intake low? Those are always the first things I look at when I'm feeling bloated but know I've been being good.

    It would be helpful to see your diary, but without doing so there could plenty of other reasons. crysofmyk has a few ideas. Also, your metabolism could be higher now that you've been doing cardio/working out regularly. Higher metabolism typically makes your body want more fuel/food.
