Hi all, I have had two babies in two years and am trying to lose the weight now I am currently about 20lbs over my pre-pregnancy (2nd preg) weight BUT here is the thing, it is all on my stomach. I still look about 5/6 months pregnant which is really depressing and hard to find clothes that don't actually make me look pregnant. (baby is 4 months now)
I am on a 1200 cal/day diet and am going to start C25k but my question is, do I just have to wait to lose all the weight slowly or is the way to get rid of the weight specifically from my stomach?? Thanks
