Grr, I'm totally premenstrual and just want to sit here and eat a ton of carbs.

    I feel you. I am totally that way too. Trying to remain calm and not tear into anything like a beast...but I feel that Beast coming.

    What if I wannnnnnaaa eat all of that at one time??? LOL! I try to keep myself extra busy to cut down on snacking, but it is still a very tough time for me too.....

    Well, OF COURSE that stuff's healthier than a bag of chips, it's just when I'm pms-ing all I want is carbs.
