I started this back in January and had lost 13 pounds by end of March. Then we had a family tragedy - and off track I went. Started eating my comfort food and not paying attention to what I was eating. Praying I can move ahead and get back to being healthy. Went for a bike ride with my son today, about 25 minutes, want to try that everyday!
