Been working out consistently for a week - did:

Thursday - Les Mills Body Pump
Friday - cardio machines
Saturday - cardio machines
Monday - Zumba
Tuesday - Zumba ANDDDDD BodyPump class, back to back (was so proud of myself!!)

Just wanted to share. Struggled with yo-yo weight for years, but I am committed that this is the last time I "start" a diet/workout program. This time I'm going to FINISH it!
