Returned to MFP after year of trying on my own - didn't work

So, here we go again. This time I have only 1 month to lose 14lbs - it sounds so easy when I write it down, but, ohhhh no, I lose weight during the week, only to put it all back on over the weekend.

I'm hoping by tracking my food and calories intake, and writing on here regularly, with some encouragement from fellow MFPers, I will be able to stick to healthy eating not only during the week, but through the weekends too.
