When they say that XXX calories for XX oz of chicken, is that before or after you cook it?

I always figure it to be raw but I'm not really sure.0

Yes; before.
I usually cut a breast in half and weigh it on my kitchen scale for around 4 oz. If it's a little under, I just steal a bit from another when they're cooked.0 -
I'm not sure either, that's why I always choose the "grilled or broiled" selection at 189 calories for 4 oz of cooked/grilled chicken.0

Thanks! I buy frozen chicken, so when it's frozen it weighs more...right? I usually just stick it on the grill (on low) frozen, so then what would I do?0
