Exercicing

Hey I recently joined My Fitness Pal, I think it a great tool and it's helping me out with the food part of my weight loss journey but I know I need to incorporate exercise into my life if I want to lose weight and get healthy. I am currently living a very sedentary lifestyle and have never really exercised to the point where I've lost weight. I also get tired very easily. What kinds of exercises do you recommend I start out with other than walking?:noway: It would be so cool if this site had exercise ideas or something like that.

    Start slow. Park in the back of the parking lot....or if you ride the subway get off a stop ahead of your usual stop. Race yourself thru the mall 1x before actually shopping. walk to the corner and back a few times a day to build up endurance.

    Believe me we all were without energy when we began our journeys here. Keep logging and then check back in a month. Just the change in food alone with give you tons of energy which will then slide over the the exercise thing because you will want to move more!
