My Exercise Program

Hi everyone.

I have been to the gym yesterday and managed to do the treadmill at 4mp/h for 30 mins for the first time (yay me!). I also did some of the weight machines. But after I was finished I wondered if I am actually doing the right thing or if I should do more or different...

I had an induction at the gym by one of the staff but they pretty much just showed me how to switch the machines on and off (which is not exactly rocket science...)

And if you have read my Intro you will know I dont rate personal trainers after my experience so for now, until I am proven they actually do something useful for their money, I will do my own thing.

Currently I am doing this:

Treadmill 30 mins at 4mph with incline up to 6
Leg Press 3x 20 reps with 30kg
Abductor 3x 20 reps with 25kg
Adductor 3x 20 reps with 25kg
Chest press 3x 10 reps with 10kg
Shoulder press 3x 10 reps with 5kg
Lateral pull 3x 20 reps with 15kg

What do you guys think of this? And what do you do as program to burn fat and lose weight?

Would be nice to have some mroe suggestions. :smile:
