I've seen a couple of people talking about it, I looked it up and it looks amazing but I'd like to know how easy it is for beginners?
Also is the 10lbs in 10 days thing true?

Hey I am doing turbo fire which is the next step up from turbo jam in Chalene Johnson's programs. I have turbo jam as well and it is EASY for beginners!!! You will love it, and the 10lbs in 10 days is for their advanced diet program it comes with the workout program but it is seperate from the program itself. It does work as well!!! Any other q's email me...good luck!0

I do Turbo Jam. I have MS and I am 53 yrs old. It is hard but I really like it. The more you do it, the easier it gets. It is a good work out for beginners. You can always modify. Chalene has someone doing the modifications on the dvd. I really enjoy it!0

I love TurboJam and it's one of the first workout DVDs I bought when I started working out a long time ago. I think it's very easy for beginners. She also has two of the people in the video do modified versions of the moves so you can follow them. As far as how much you lose, that will vary for each person. Everyone is different.0

Plus if you start now, you can enter the Beachbody Challenge and a chance to win $100,000...great incentive. I have read if you follow the nutrition plan and do the workout you can lose 10in in ten workouts. Not sure about 10lbs in 10 days...0

When I did Turbo Jam, it took me about a week to get the moves down pat so I wasn't falling over all the time, lol. But other than that, I think it is great for beginners. I wasn't in the best shape when I did it, but it made me definitely get in better shape fast. I love it!0

I just got my TurboFire in yesterday and did the first dvd. Yes, I felt like a klutz, but I am encouraged that over time it will come together. I will say, that Chalene is a great way to start the morning. I felt like i was part of the class, in spite of my awkwardness. Go for it!0
