anyone had lap band surgery?

I was wondering if anyone had the lap band done. and if so do you have any good menu plans that you follow I'm on the solid food now.i was banded on 9-15-08.and have lost 50 lbs. So far.:smile: It's a total life change that we have to get use to. It's hard but together we can do this!!!!!!! Take care and god bless:flowerforyou:

    My uncle had that done in January and now he really just eats regular food. I would say, just try to get in enough fruits and veggies. He has lost 140 lb.
