I have a question about my new Polar FT4....is there anyway to display how many calories you are burning WHILE you are working out? I would rather see how many calories I'm burning rather than my what my heart rate is. Also, what is the annoying beeping for??

I turned that beeping right off, because it would drive me crazy. It beeps to warn you if you're not in the zone.
Yes, you can display the # of calories you're burning during the workout. Hit the down button a couple times on the watch.0 -
I just got mine yesterday and also need to figure out the chirping!0

hit the bottom right button a few times and that will go from heart rate to calories burned, time elapsed, the average and high heart rate. You can turn off beeping but normally its doing that if your not getting a good read on you HR or if your not in you HR zone. Good luck and enjoy it's a great product0

The chirping is telling you that you are either below or above your target zone. If you press the down button, it will bring you to a screen that tells you how many calories you are burning. I love mine!0
