I was introduced to this site several weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Hands down, the best calorie tracker I have found. Thank you!!!

I'm currently working out with the Ten-minute Trainer workouts and I also do some running several times a week. If anyone on here is also doing the ten-minute trainer, I would welcome a friend add. I have about 15 more pounds to get to my goal weight and am on my way to building a more permanent healthy lifestyle. The last 15 years have definitely been a roller coaster for me in regards to my weight and eating habits.
