I need sum advise and help. I'm a full-time student who wants to keep healthy and fit. Exam days cum and go and evrytym they end i have a weight increase. I wish to now the best exercise done by those whom have accomplished their goals. I want to loose about 10 kgs in 2-3 months, i noe its a short tym but i need to.

    take study breaks by working out. or study as you work out
    snack on healthy food if you have to, but make sure you take time for decent meals
