i've been on where about a month but i thought i'd introduce myself since i havent.... i started at 165 & i'm at 155 right now! i wanna get to 125-130 but currently i'm only losing about 1 lb a week, and i exercise 4-5 times a week. i had to start eating back my workout calories but at least it's coming off i guess!! i love zumba
