Is anyone else doing slow strength training? I am doing it 2x per week; 7-8 different machines with 1 set of 5-7 reps at max weight. Just curious as to others results. I am gaining strength rather quickly, not bulking up but toning!

Since you are a woman I would be surprised if you were bulking up. For a woman to bulk up she either needs chemical enhancement or very specific genetics.0

I LOVE doing that. I'm injured right now and am back at building my strength up SLOWLY as I heal so I'm not doing it now. You can really build up your strength easily that way.0

HhhhhMmmmm...I am doing this w/o even knowing what it was called!!
I do the max weight that feels "safe" on various machine and apparatus,
up to 3x's a week, tho it's been more like 2x's since I seem to run short on
time (sometimes). So, I like to push myself and add weight every few months but getting stronger now
so I will be pushing harder to get to a higher weight, sooner, this next go-round. Thanks for the post!!
Best wishes to you in all of your endeavors~0
