I woke up happy with a smile on my face like every day, had an awesome time with the kids, ate well, enjoyed a great walk with friends, and then one person ruined it all and made it probably one of the worst days of my life!

I worked, walked my dogs (but, I swear I am going to teach them how to walk each other, because the 108 degree weather is not fun), worked out, ate dinner and now here I sit. And, your day?0

I woke up from the most amazing dream and then almost cried because I remembered that my b-day is on Saturday. In the hopes of getting that dreaded day off my mind I took myself out for a hike. What was supposed to be a nice relaxing time turned into a hot sweaty mess through trails I'd never been on before. 5-6 miles later I realized it was all worth it when I stumbled upon a pond with ducks, turtles, frogs and hundreds of blue dragonflies. Thank God I took my camera. After resting there, I hunted down a bus stop and took it home where I then commenced eating dinner, doing 45 minutes of Yoga and sneaking a couple of cigarettes (don't complain...I'm quitting Friday night).

Other than that, I sat at my desk, working, and occasionally browsing the forums on here. Now, I'm home and making dinner! Pretty uneventful day... 0 -
I am sitting at work covering the reception desk typing this. Hard at work. I have a privacy thing over my screen so no one can see me. I'm thinking about getting sushi for lunch and going to the gym but it is hard as makes me all sweaty then have to come back to work YESTERDAY I had a wine with lunch and gosh did that make the afternoon fly by x 0

stopped at starbucks for a frappucino this AM and found an awesome cd of music produced by TBone Burnette...had a very busy and productive day at work, got no less than 4 compliments from coworkers on my outfit today, took a walk with a coworker on my lunchbreak, came home, walked the dog, fed the cat, and ran THREE FREAKIN MILES without stopping!!! (a record for me!!!)0

I was almost late to work because I spent too long on the internet this morning... Made it with a minute to spare (not that my boss cares), found out that the water was shut off for the whole city block so I had to pee really bad all day. Made some good progress on a project, got a new project, got my internship extended for another week, went home, played with my corgis, went to the gym, found out that THEIR water wasn't working either... Luckily the water was fine at my house but it seemed like a weird coincidence considering work & gym are 30 minutes apart. Made facebook friends with my aquacise instructor that I randomly found out was the sewing teacher at my old high school. Came home and realized one of the dogs had peed on the floor for no good reason, shook my fist at the sky, shrugged my shoulders and went out to shoot some b-ball outside of the school when a couple of guys who were up to no good started making trouble in my neighborhood, I got in one lil fight and my mom got scared and said "You're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air"0

Took my daughter to football practice ...cleaned out my closet...took out all the clothes that don't fit anymore. YEAH!
Picked her up and we had lunch with friends. I have to report back to school tomorrow, I'm a high school math teacher...summer was too short!0 -
