8/20 - 2 mile run 1.15 mile walk
8/21 - just did a .13 mile walk to get my walking miles to a whole number lol0 -

how big is a standard pool? i did 23 laps each day of our vacation (wednesday thru sunday) but i don't know how to convert that to miles. probably doesn't amount to much, but every bit helps. we have a 3 hour family bike ride coming up next weekend so that should add a bunch.0

GBOH: Most pools are 25 yds long, so 23 laps would be 575 yds.... I would round that to 2 miles swimming total (1650 yds is a mile in swimming).
Todays miles: 10 miles. 1/2 mi swim, 3.5 mi run, and 16 mi bike that converts to 6 miles on the worksheet.
The sprint triathlon was fun, but my back was in a lot of pain. No more biking for a while. I think my muscle spasms have returned unfortunately. My back thinks it's 60 yrs old instead of 21. :mad: It was God's strength that got me through the bike in my sprint tri today. I had planned to start 10K training now that tri season is over...but we'll see how my back responds to that.
We are rocking our miles...keep it up girls!!!0 -

8/30: 4.5 miles (3.0 running, 1.5 walking)
Swimming tonight so not many miles there but walking a little today too. I can't believe it's the end of August! I am back in for September and I'll be running quite a bit getting ready for a 10K.0 -
2 miles yesterday; 2 running miles and 2 walking miles for today.

i did not hit my running goal of 70 miles.next month!
