as I am a "uber-geek" as my friends would describe me I have spend a fair bit of time working on learning as much as I can about getting back into shape and over the last month has worked up to about 1-2 hours a day on a precore 100i, and a mix of machines and mat time I am starting to get back into a better me
I would be happy to have some new friends, so anyone feel free to add me as a friend and I will try to be as supportive as you need.

I'm a network engineer so I feel your sedentary pain. :-) Need one of those treadmill desks, but I'm on the phone a lot and I think it would be strange to be huffing and puffing while talking to customers. :-)

I'm a *nix admin...if the company would get around to issuing me one of those nifty treadmill desks Bud mentioned I'd be in great shape. Sadly, they supply power to both my laptop and servers AND a nice comfy chair for me to never get out of.
I never realized how badly out of shape I had gotten until I locked my keys in the house. I've never been accused of having loads of grace, but clambering over my neighbor's balcony to mine was much harder than it should be.0
