Hi Everyone,

I would love some help with suggesting things to eat for breakfast and lunch.

I just started on here but my usualy breaky is a gloria jeans hot chocolate and a piece of fruit (atleast I had something healthy in there). I dont fancy cereal or bread and cannot manage to stomach just liquid e.g protein shake or and up and go. I am a get up, get ready and rush to work kinda person so dont get much time in the mornings.

For lunch I have been ordering a white bun with hard boiled egg, lettuce, carrot, avo and cheese.. I dont like taking meals from the night before because they are usually not very healthy (I blame my partner for this- lol). I dont eat seafood or much meat at all either, only when made for dinner.

Please help a fussy eater! All suggestions would be much appreciated.

meat salad???? like chicken or turkey...Im flexitarian so I only eat chicken or turkey as meat.....Im sorry Im not much help.
  • In my case, I make sure to prepare everything the night before and then come next morning, I will bring my food to work to eat on breakfast and snacks. My stomach is used to eating heavy breakfast with brown rice and meat. As for my lunch and dinner, I only eat really light foods but rich in fiber.

Switch your roll to a wrap at lunchtime. I've been loving wraps lately - you can have the same sort of stuff in it, or you can mix it up (my fav at the moment is shredded chicken, a light spread of cream cheese, spinach, capsicum, mushrooms and a little dijon)

I can't stomach eating in the morning so I'm opposite to you - I usually have an up n go. Fruit sounds good - easy to grab and go. You could boil eggs the night before to munch on the run. Maybe cut down on the Gloria Jeans if you can - just have it every second day or something. You could also have cereal or toast mid-morning to curb those hunger pangs until lunch time.
