Hey everyone,
My name is Brandi and I am embarking on a weight loss journey that is well overdue. I have a new baby who I want to be a good example for in every way, and that includes showing her healthy eating habits. Also I am standing in a wedding in march and am determined to lose as much as possible. Also I am still breast feeding and looking to talk to other women who are also breastfeeding to see how they balance that with exercise and dieting. Good luck to everyone

hi brandi, feel free to add me! i nursed 2 babies, many moons ago, and can tell you that breastfeeding alone will use up a lot of calories. please talk to your doctor about the changes you are making in your diet and exercise, so he can help you make a plan that's healthy for you and your precious baby. you are on the right track, eating healthy for you both!0
