new to myfitness pal need some motivation

Hi

Looking for some motivation, I am on Slimming World Original plan. 5 years ago I lost 5st on my own serious exercise and strict diet, and went down to my lowest 9st12 after two kids I am back up to 11st2 and I am desperate to lose but nothing seems to be working I have tried anything, I work full time so can not join a gym as I work odd shifts and now my kids dont nap anymore find it increasingly difficult to excercise at home like I used.

Looking to lose 10% and need some help to get it started, plus I on holidaying V soon and worried I will gain more over the holidays.

Any tips from other working parents greatly appreciated

    Hi,
    I've been on for 1 month, today. I've lost about 4 pounds, so far.
    My tips:
    Planning is everything. Use this program to set up your day BEFOREHAND.
    Have the foods you need ON-HAND.
    NEVER open the refrigerator to look for something to eat. Know what you want, and make sure it's part of your plan for the day.

    well Done on your weight loss :-)

    I will give it ago thanks as I am always nipping in the fridge when I get home from work. :-/
