Just wondering if there were any workouts online that you can get for free.
Im very interested in the 30 day shred, ive seen p90x online before.
Also, about the 30 day shred. I have heard that it is awesome.
I need to lose 15 pounds.
Im just trying to burn fat.
Will this do the trick?

If you have a Wii or kinect its well worth buying sports active 2. I lost 2.2lbs in 4 days.

there are different results, some may have weight others dont lose weight only inches, it depends on your body, i seen a great workout but its only sold in another country and isnt sold outside
it loses weight and inches in just 30 days! the firm express if ur curious! That exercise tv has a few im sure, i paid 9 bucks for 30 ds, im on day 3

I agree with the above post! www.bodyrock.tv She will kick your fanny in 10-29 minutes. Period! It's free, but you pay in sweat and soreness... LOL... Burpees everywhere!!!0

Also if you have OnDemand on your cable, there's a good chance there's a fitness/sports section with free workouts. Ours (Comcast) rotates what they have available every month.0
