Indian Food

Going out to celebrate my brother-in-law moving to London. Of course, he picks his favorite Indian restaurant and I am not that familiar with Indian food. What can I eat that won't kill my calorie budget? Thanks for any help!

look up tandori options. Stay away from naan, limit rice, paneer (or saag) is a good option as long as it doesn't have the cheese. fishes and chickens are going to be better options than red meats. there are plenty of curries that are lower in calories, you just have to do a search, the killer is any added oil and the starches. Honestly, I love Indian and if I were going I'd just hit the gym first, keep my portions down, stick to lean proteins either roasted or in vegetable curries, and splurge a little.1

I love Indian food too, and hope to see more good suggestions.
I noticed the two people interested, so far, are represented by a cat doing Tai Chi and a Ninja cat.0 -
And I'm allergic to cats! *achoo*0
