Busy Single Mom fitness ideas?

I'm 22 and I'm a recently single mom ... between work, college and baby full time it's so hard to find time to exercise or figure out the best exercises to do. I try to take my son on walks when I can but honestly napping takes precedence over everything lol ... What are some good routines to do with 3 or 5 pound weights at my house? What has worked for all of you other single moms?

Hi Marie have you tried Zumba!!! It will make you sweat sweat sweat lol, you can do it in your living room when your little one is in bed? I have just bought it on the wii but you can get it on DVD too!0

I've heard of that. Have you ever tried it as a class? I'm afraid it wouldn't be as effective if I do it at home. He goes to bed at 7:30 so I definitely have time after that0
