Stay away from any of the rolls with mayo or cheese (such as the Philadelphia roll). I usually go with shrimp, tuna, cucumber rolls and tuna rolls. Salmon is fine but more fattening. California rolls aren't too bad but don't eat more than one. Most of the rolls are in the database if you want to check out calories before you go.

If you can live without the rice your best choice would be sashimi!
  • Miso soup is only like 30 - 50 calories and great way to start the meal. Watch out for the side salads as they have fattening dressing. Use lots of wasabi, spicy items are rumored to speed up the metabolism lol. And tea will help fill you up as well, as you can tell I love sushi!
  • do u like sashimi? That would be the healthiest choice have a few pcs and a salad and even some edimami is good. Be careful of salad dressing.
