A year ago this would not have been possible but:

Tonight is my "big" workout day. I have three hours planned at the gym. I'll do a 30 minute light walk on the treadmill to warm up, do 60 minutes of strenght training with my PT, take 30 minutes of cardio dance class (just for the fun of it) and then a 60 minutes step class. And the best part is that I'm not doing it for any other reason than I just enjoy the physical activity. This has become a form of entertainment for me:happy:

A year ago the 30 minutes on a treadmill would have been a stretch!

Oh, and to top it off. There's this guy at work who just stopped by to tell me that I looked great and that he saw me yesterday and did a double take over how great I looked! How cool is that! For someone to make a special trip to tell me I looked nice.....

    Sounds like a lot of fun! I like doing back to back classes too, I used to do BodyPump followed by BodyStep. Make sure you bring some Gatoride or a couple ClifShots or something similar with you since you'll be active for so long. :happy:
  • Saturdays are my "big day". 60 min. Step3 followed by 60 min. sculpt. Then I go back later in the after noon for yoga just to "wind down". I love it!!!:heart:
