Plateau busted!

I finally busted my plateau!
Had my PT Test at the end of June. Ate very light the night before and had nothing prior to the test and weighed in at 218. After I passed my test and got some fluids and food back in me, normalized at 222. For the past month, been fluctuating between 221-226. Trainer told me to try 4 sets of 5 with heavier weights instead of my normal 12, 10, 8,6 sets I had been doing to switch it up. Did that for 2 weeks and didn't feel like I had a good workout. Went back to 12,10,8,6 on Monday and I'm on week 3 of C25K. Finally feel like I'm getting a good workout! Weighed myself this morning and back down to 219! Woo!! Going to do the bodpod again to see what total FP is, the day before my birthday in 2 weeks. I was 37.4% the first time I did it back in May so, hoping for a 2-5% drop. Just wanted to share the news with someone! :-)

Fantastic! I have been in a plateau many times. It feels so good when you do break through.0
