If any of you have a Basic Foods or Whole Foods in your area, I highly recommend trying these: Bare Fruit 100% Organic Bake Dried Cinnamon Apple Chips. They are SOOOO yummy. Totally help with sweet and chip cravings.
Here are the Nut. Facts: Calories: 29, Total Fat: 0, Sodium: 17mg, Total Carbs: 8g, Sugars:7g Fiber: 1 g.
Did I mention they are YUMMY???? Gluten Free and MADE IN THE USA!!!!!!
